Shortwave Infrared heat is transmitted directly in the form of electromagnetic rays, at a velocity of approx. 300,000 km/sec: i.e. at the speed of light. But is also suitable for particularly demanding applications such as Vacuum technology and clean room conditions. Short wave infrared heater has maximum heating rate of 200W/Inch. The rated life of short wave infrared heater is around 6000 hrs. Lamps runs @ 2300°C with 92 % on energy is emitted as high intensity heat
