Coil Heaters are specially designed for smaller diameter nozzles, nozzle tips etc. These can be formed in grooves to create three dimensional heating applications. Micro tubular coil heater has a large cross – sectional area and thus has a greater power than micro coil heaters. This is the reason why hot runner heaters are used in hot runners with adequate space and where high densities are required. Micro tubular coil heaters can be accommodate in J or K type thermocouple sensors. The standard connection of our Micro tubular coil heater is 1000mm PTFE Insulated lead wire with fiberglass sleeve and earth wire.
