ARIHANT BAND HEATERS are designed with brass and stainless steel sheaths in mica band to accommodate high wattage requirements. • Resistive winding:big section wide band nickel chrome 80/20 with consequent low specific load obtained by N.C winding machine assuring constant repeatability and uniformity.
• Insulation: by continuous pure mica with very low inorganic alloy content.
• Internal casing:of stainless steel with high thermal conductivity for guaranteed maximum heat transmission to the plasticization cylinders.
• External screw strap casing: of stainless steel suitable for high temperature for guaranteed maximum thermal efficiency making a pressure action on the heating band.
• Special terminal box:designed in ceramics, incorporates the junction between power cables and resistive plate. A metallic protection shields, the ceramic from knock and wire ripping.
• Power cable: for high temperature with leads in pure nickel or nickel copper. External fiberglass insulated. External protection in metallic braiding with various options.
